About Bojana Ginn

Ginn’s ephemeral, site-specific installations integrate biological material, LED light, and digital video projection to create immersive, otherworldly environments. She works primarily with sheep’s wool—keratin, the same protein found in human skin and hair stretching and illuminating the fibers with digital and LED sources. Many of her forms originate from mathematical and computer-generated structures, such as Voronoi cells or magnified pixels, merging organic material with digital logic.

Her commitment to natural, biodegradable, and sustainable materials is central to her practice. By pairing wool with energy-efficient LED technology, Ginn creates installations that not only evoke the fragile balance between body and environment but also advocate for ecological consciousness and environmental healing.
